Orders
You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of checking out, sent to the email address you used at checkout. If it has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder first.
Only before it ships. Orders move into preparation quickly, so contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it follows the standard return process instead.
NOTARAB. works in limited releases — once a piece sells out, it may not return. Some essentials are restocked; follow our drops to be first in line when something comes back or a new release lands.
Shipping
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination — the options and estimates for your address are shown at checkout, and your tracking link shows the most accurate update once shipped.
Yes. NOTARAB. ships internationally. Available destinations, shipping options, and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also view the status and tracking of any order from your account.
Returns
Reach out within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Yes, subject to stock — our releases are limited, so if your size has sold out we will process a return instead. Contact us with your order number and the size you need.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take several additional business days to post it.
Products
Our pieces are cut relaxed and structured — hoodies slightly boxy with dropped shoulders, sweatpants tapered, t-shirts with an easy contemporary drape. Exact garment measurements are published on each product page with every drop.
Follow the care label inside each garment — it is specific to that piece. As a general rule for premium heavyweight cotton: wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer to protect the fabric and embroidery.
Each NOTARAB. collection is produced in intentionally limited quantities. When a release sells out, it may not be produced again — that is what makes each piece distinctive.
